As Accountant I prepare personnel reports and
budget amendments as well as payroll vouchers for Expenditure Control.
In addition, I maintain bookkeeping entries on state and restricted
accounts and also reconcile monthly status reports on the accounts.
Other duties include processing purchase and check requests, travel
authority requests, expense statements and maintaining employee leave
records. |
