Substantively, my interests
focus on the impact that high involvement management practices
have on individual, group and organizational effectiveness. We
operationalize these practices as a set of climate variables
in organizations, and how this climate manifests itself in different
workplace behaviors. Methodologically, I currently am involved
in the application of latent growth modeling tools to operationalize
individual change, and in the implications of unstable measurement
properties for interpreting intra-group differences in attitudes
and perceptions.
