My program of research focuses on research methods and the application of methodologically rigorous approaches to unanswered theoretical questions in industrial and organizational (I/O) psychology. As such, my research supports (a) the methodological infrastructure for psychology, in general, and for I/O psychology in particular, and (b) the empirical bases for advancing knowledge regarding several areas of theory in I/O psychology.
